This is the rules and new page log.

 

Note:

If and when others find there way to the OLPC Out Side City.

The Sidebar will be changed and many of the things listed now will just become simple user pages with in the Wiki. Table of Contents will also change to reflect what the other memebers like.

So in some ways it's like your Wiki and you can make your own sections and issues even in other languages about OLPC.

 

Terms of Usage

But you may join and post now.

This is an OPEN Source type

Wiki which means:

All work is to be shared  that is posted here as original

and can be used by others free of charge.

This will save you alot of time in understanding how this PB WIKI works.

First off this Wiki is called a PB Wiki or Penut Butter Wiki

Try to use this term PB Wiki when you link to this wiki, talk about it

or anything else.

PB Wiki is it's name not wiki but PB wiki.

You may at first think this PB Wiki system is not as good as Wikipedia .

But if you use it you will find  the PB Wiki system is just as good just formatted

a little bit different.

 

Introduction To Out Side the OLPC City PB Wiki Rules

 

Here we will state and provide links to the rules and answer questions related to this PB Wiki.

 

 

NOTE:

This is not the Big Wiki people and this means that you may

try to change content and all that stuff but the Admin.

 Structure is just a one click action and we can put the page back.

 

No Biggy.

 

This also may force me to get a Big Guy Wiki and then you become ... well you know limted freedom.

Some OS may have to press Edit and exit Eit and press Edit once more to post

• Recent changes and new entries can be found  in the Side Bar
• The history is in Recet Changes.
• You can add your own history page under this page as a link on this page and there you can do the same thing. *History is now Recent Changes found in the Side Bar

   

• You have to have some kind of interest in the OLPC program like you went there,you want to tell us about your group wanting a OLPC laptop ect.... Feel free to make a page.

Believe me we can hold our own against the best,

You can make your own page and say what you like here and then tell them what you said by linking them in here.

We do not like bad words but an occasional one throw in can make a stronger point.

 

The F word and B word as well a racial words are not allowed and we will edit it out or removed from  your page but you will not get kicked out*.

*Getting kicked out is a 3 week process where we will email you and get mean back to see if you are just not having a bad day.

 

 

Look OLPC people will read what you said!

 

We thought a lot of interesting people were not given a chance and I hope you can find a home here while you figure our what it is that really is on your mind and what's your issue and ideas that you really have about the OLPC Laptop and their Wiki.

 

 

You can talk about stuff you do and meet here but make out side links to other places if the theme goes really far.* All links are URL's even PB Wiki  Pages This is our rule not PB Wiki's

 

You probably will need more space and maybe after a few days or weeks it was related and you can come back and show every one how you figured this out by showing us your link and what you did,

I am administer for now but I would like some one else to do this job.

 

You can make pages in your own language and we will create a page if needed to lead people to your pages.
